Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase — but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item is in original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and components.

  2. Items must show no signs of damage caused by improper use or handling.

  3. For hygiene-related products (e.g. clothing), items must be clean and unworn.

  4. If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears used, damaged, or does not meet the above conditions.

How to Start a Return:

Please email us at info@arvella-london.com and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Full name & address

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo (if damaged)

Important: Do not return the item to the sender address. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, since we operate with an automated order processing system, cancellations are not possible once your order has been shipped.

If your order is already in transit, please wait for it to arrive and initiate a return afterward.

our products are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once the item is received and approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days, excluding any original shipping fees. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
